Start in Houses mode
Press New and choose the Townhouses or subdivision sample, or set up your own site and set Project type to Houses in Criteria.
Choose what to try
In Generate, tick Townhouses, Duplexes and House lots, choose what to optimise for and press Generate options.
Compare the options
Click through townhouse rows, duplex lots and house lots, with or without a new road. Each card shows dwellings, lots, FSR, storeys, sun and profit.
Tune the lot rules
In Criteria, set the townhouse width and depth, the duplex and house lot frontages and sizes, and the dwelling envelope: storeys, roof, setbacks, coverage and parking.
Read the lots and dwellings
The data panel lists every lot with its area, frontage, coverage and open space. Click a dwelling in Floors to see its rooms and garage.
Price it
In Finance, enter a sale price per dwelling for each type, or tick Sell house and duplex lots as vacant land and a price per m² of lot.
Export
The Excel report adds a lot schedule; the DXF adds lot, road, driveway and garage layers.
