How we think about AI in a business
- Boring beats shiny. The highest-ROI automation is usually the unglamorous one: the inbox, the follow-ups, the data entry. We start where the hours are.
- Approval-first, autonomy-earned. AI drafts and proposes; your people approve — until the accuracy record says it can fly solo. Trust is measured, not assumed.
- Own your stack. Wherever it makes sense, AI runs on infrastructure you control, and everything we build is handed over documented. No hostage code, no black boxes.
- Honest scoping. If AI can't do it reliably yet, we say so — and tell you what it can do instead. A pilot that shouldn't happen is a pilot we'll talk you out of.
