1. Who we are

This website, aiwilldothat.ai ("the Site"), is operated by AI Will Do That Pty Ltd (ACN 700 430 235) ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian company based in Sydney, NSW. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us — when you submit the contact or project request form: your name, email address, and any optional details you choose to include (phone, business name, website, industry, team size, systems used, goals, timeline, budget and your message).
  • AI Will Do That CAD accounts - if you create an account: your name, email address, company, role, who referred you, any access code and your message, with the IP address and time of sign-up, kept to run your account (sending sign-in links, your plan and replying to feedback). If you subscribe, payment is taken by Stripe: we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status and renewal date, never your card details, which Stripe holds under its own privacy policy. When you sign in to the designer we set one functional cookie, awdt_cad, holding a random session id so your device stays signed in for up to 180 days. Feedback you send from the designer is stored with your name and email address.
  • Phone calls — calls to 02 4503 6830 may be answered by our AI receptionist; the details you give on a call (name, number, reason for calling) are used to respond to your enquiry, and you can ask for a human at any time.
  • Technical information — our web server records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. Form submissions record the sending IP address for spam prevention. We also measure site traffic with our own first-party, cookieless analytics: page visited, referring site, browser type, screen-size class and a one-way visitor code that rotates daily and cannot identify you. No analytics cookies are set, and nothing is shared with any third party.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this Site, and the Site does not set cookies for marketing purposes. The only cookie we set is the account sign-in cookie described above, and only after you sign in.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry or project request — this is the primary purpose of collection.
  • To scope and deliver services you engage us for.
  • To protect the Site (rate-limiting, spam and abuse prevention).
  • To meet legal obligations if they arise.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists — you get a reply to your enquiry, not a drip campaign.

4. Disclosure

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and may transit our hosting and email infrastructure providers as part of ordinary operation. We may disclose personal information where required by law. We do not disclose your information to overseas recipients for marketing purposes.

5. AI processing

Enquiry handling on this Site is human-first: a person reads your message. Where we use AI tools to assist with drafting or organising our replies, your information is not used to train public AI models. Client project work involving AI processing of business data is governed by the specific engagement's terms and data-handling documentation, not this policy.

Our building design tool, AI Will Do That CAD, stores designs in your browser on your device. If you use its AI assistant, the brief you type or a summary of the design's figures is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Location searches and map and terrain requests are passed to OpenStreetMap services and Open-Meteo through our server, and designs you choose to share are stored on our server for 90 days. 6. Storage and security

Information is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised personnel. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, or as required by law, then delete them.

7. Access and correction

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time via the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first via the contact form and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its “last updated” date.
