  1. Open the designer

Press New and choose Find my site, or Try the sample site to explore first.

  2. Set up the site

Search the address, import the OpenStreetMap context and terrain, then draw the boundary or press Look up lot and planning controls and Use lot boundary. Set a setback per edge and mark the street frontage.

  3. Set the controls

In Criteria, pick the zone and enter the height, storeys and FSR (or Apply planning controls from the lookup). Check the unit mix and parking rates.

  4. Generate

In Generate, tick the typologies, choose what to optimise for and press Generate options.

  5. Pick an option

Click the cards to compare them; read the key figures, unit program and compliance on the right.

  6. Check the floors

Open Floors, step through the levels and basements, and click a dwelling to see its rooms.

  7. Costs and finance

In Costs, replace the rates you know; in Finance, enter the land and sale prices and read the profit and residual land value.

  8. Export

Press Export for the Excel report, DXF drawings or IFC model, or open Report for a PDF.
